NFB’s natural fibre core is a high-performance material made from plant-based fibres such as hemp, wood, and straw. The fibres are hot-pressed into a wave-shaped structure, forming a lightweight yet load-bearing core that replaces traditional solid or paper honeycomb fillers.

This unique internal structure mimics the strength of natural forms like eggshells and honeycomb, allowing for excellent mechanical performance with minimal weight.
